Spinach Artichoke Dip
This amazing recipe comes from my sister-in-law Ruth. It is the perfect warm dish for a party spread. It is super easy to make, and even more delicious! Recipe below:
Ingredients
1 bag of baby spinach
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
14 oz jar Alfredo sauce(I recommend Classico brand 4-Cheese Alfredo)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4+ cups mozzarella cheese, grated (more is better)
Lots of Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Serve with chips for dipping
Method
1. Steam cook baby spinach for about 5 minutes. Strain.
2. Combine all ingredients, reserving some cheese.
3. Place mix in casserole dish, sprinkling remaining cheese on top.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese on top browns.
5. Serve warm with chips.
